Viking Food Processor

The Viking Food Processor follows in the proud footsteps of the Viking Stove, an appliance that is made for the home but is influenced by commercial kitchen appliances. The Viking Food Processor has beautiful industrial styling in black, white, bright red, graphite gray or stainless gray with chrome accents.

The machine has a pro grade motor for durability, power and quiet food processing even while performing the toughest of jobs. The work bowl has a cast metal handle and 12 cup capacity. The base is die-cast metal that is sturdy and easy to clean.

A new Viking comes with a large work bowl and a small work bowl and numerous blades for both sizes.

The Viking Food Processor has a control knob that is specific only to Viking. The knob is large and easy to use with pulse and on and off control. This processor has wheels in the back of the base to make moving it around the counter easier. But it's sturdy weight keeps it from moving across the counter while processing.

Some of the reviews I read were from people who used to own Cuisinart Food Processors, but were tired of having to replace their broken work bowls and machines. They all felt the Viking Food Processor was much better built and would last much longer than their Cuisinarts.

The Viking VFP12 Food Processor costs around $330.00. While the cost is more than most brands, the quality and durability make it a worthwhile purchase.
